Title Screen, Rocks, Sand and Water

• Updated title screen logo
• Updated title screen background
• Added various rocks for decoration
• Added sand that slows player down significantly when touched
• Added water that slightly slows down player, but allows player to float when big

None of these changes are implemented in current available versions of the game.

I'm not too sure how often I should post to the devlogs, and what should qualify to make it into an update. This update is more of a test than anything else.
